and today was a better day.  had the urge to put my cooking skillz to the test today.  i had steak and i wanted to roll it around something, skewer it and grill it and drink beer during the whole process.

after a quick consult with 'mama cook', i decided to stuff my steak with a mixture of portabella mushrooms, green and red bell pepper (all chopped finely), a small amount of feta cheese, minced garlic and 1/2 a package of cream cheese, seasoned with salt and basil.  steak was skewered, and beer was consumed.  the best part was, it turned out great!  my dinner guest loved it too.  i so rarely hit a home run on the first try :)
